Professional mature male in need of temp (potentially longer term) in Hull (or commutable) distance.

I've been protecting buildings for private landlords for several years. Happy to still provide this service. Or agreed cash per month for private space with good soundproofing & parking. It would make sense for all bills to be including, with no sharing of amenities. Doesn't have to be modern, so long as I have space, warmth & it's functional & secure.
Parking is vital. High ceilings & large windows ideal.
It may be that you have a property that is for sale or being repurposed that I can look after on an adhoc basis.
The budget I have entered is one option. A guardian type set up could be something else.
