Student needing a room for myself and 2 cats :)

Heyoo, I am Lucas - but most people call me Newt lol (I will explain if we ever meet). I am 23, and a new student at dBs Manchester. Currently I am looking for a place to live for myself and my two cats as our lease ends with the year :)

I am very much open to anything including people looking to buddy up! I only really hope to find somewhere/someone that is chill and welcomes cats as I do.

I'm not the kind of person to always be outwards and extroverted, but there are definitely plenty of times where I enjoy going out (or staying in) for drinks, and making new friends. I am also always up for board games or movies, and I am a decent cook, so dinner is something I am happy to make an effort towards too. I also make music, hence the uni studies, and so any fellow musicians would of course be awesome!

I smoke and whatever else from time to time, but always aim to be respectful of other people when doing so. In that, really all I ever ask back is the same with anything - especially keeping tidy - I have had my share of traumatising roomies there 😭. Otherwise I would want you to feel as comfortable living how you want to in your own space, especially as I know it can be daunting at first to share your home with a stranger :')

I tend to lean towards being a night owl, though endlessly am trying to turn myself into a morning person, and either way I try never to be the annoyingly loud neighbour at 1am.

Overall, I am very easygoing and often spontaneous, so if you are the same I am sure we would get along well, regardless of your likes or dislikes.
