Student needing a room for myself and 2 cats :)

Heyoo, I'm Lucas but everyone calls me Newt. I'm 23, and a mature student at dBs Manchester. I'm looking for a new place to live for myself and my two cats as our lease ends with the year.

I am hoping to find somewhere closer to University that's friendly and welcomes the cats. I'm clean and tidy, and like to make a house feel like a home so I'm more than happy to do my part in yours :)

I'm also someone who likes my down time, but there are plenty of occassions where I enjoy going out for drinks and whatever else. I'm usually always up for board games, movies or the likes too, so living with someone who's keen for any of the above would be awesome.

I'm a decent cook, so dinner is something I am happy to make an effort towards. I also make music (hence the uni studies) so any fellow creatives would of course be great, but I would love to have a laugh making some stuff with you either way!

I smoke, though always aim to be respectful to not make it other people's problem. Likewise, I would enjoy anyone who is up for a chat over a smoke here and there.

Overall I am very easygoing, so if you are similar I am sure we would get along regardless :)
