Temporary Stay in London

I'm visiting London and looking for somewhere temporary. I´d love a room in a quiet place, ideally without pets (unless they are quiet since I am a light sleeper), non smokers. Non HMO. I am sociable and eager to get immersed in London culture. As a translator and teacher of English and Spanish, I want to make the most of this trip, learn a lot about the city, its culture, history and its people, of course. I want to feel as if I lived there, maybe even go to a gym or take aerial silks classes :)
