Professional Looking for a Room or Buddy up

Hey! I’m Alex (27) — I’m looking for a friendly flatshare or houseshare, or someone to buddy up with to find a great place. I’ve mainly been looking around Clapham and Battersea, but I’m open to other spots in South West London if the place feels right.

I work in IT, mostly in the office with the occasional WFH day, so I’d love a place with enough space to work from home comfortably when needed. My budget is up to £1,100 pcm (including bills), and I’m looking to move around late November to early December, though I can be flexible if needed.

I’m clean, tidy, and easy-going, and I like a home that feels relaxed but social — somewhere we can hang out, but also have our own downtime.

Outside of work, I’m into sports and staying active — usually at the gym, playing tennis, or watching football (Chelsea fan). Always up for a trip to the pub or a chilled night in. Ideally looking to live with people around a similar age & interests who enjoy a good balance between socialising and relaxing.
