Double room, Professional, Asap

HHi, I’m Róisín :)

I’m a graphic designer, 26 years old, living in London, with an Irish and Dutch family.

Looking for: 700-1000pcm, asap.
Including: Double room, furnished, mid-to-long-term or rolling contracts available.
Exlcuding: No live-in landlords, no all-male shares, no family homes.

The situation:

I currently live in SW and would like to stay in this area, particularly Clapham or Tooting. But anywhere with a <30min commute to central is grand.

My current house share is selling up soon, so I am looking for a room before the end of Feb.

I'd like to find somewhere to make more of a home, with either a rolling contract or one that is 6 months+.

My budget is max 1100pcm, with bills included if possible. I would be ready to move immediately. I have all my documents ready.

About me:

I’ve been renting in London for the past couple years, originally from Herts and Dublin.

I love cooking, especially big meals for sharing. I like the gym, and I’m also into swimming and hiking. I try to do 1 hiking trip a month, next up is Edinburgh!

I sketch, game, and go to the cinema in the rest of my spare time. I’m a big fan of back-to-back screenings at Picturehouse.

I like to keep things clean and organised, and am very respectful of other’s space. Growing up in an Irish household, comfortability is key.

I like my privacy, but I enjoy being in the kitchen with others, or watching a show together.

A laidback, mixed gender, queer-friendly home is also important to me.

I don’t smoke or drink much. And I’m absolutely fine with animals, since I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats and rabbits.
