Double room, Professional, Asap

Hi, I’m Roisin :)

I’m 26, a professional working in graphic design and advertising, living in London, from Herts, with an Irish and Dutch family.

900-1000pcm, asap.

The situation:

My current flat, in Acton/Ealing, is being taken back, so I am in need of a room by the end of December.

I work smack bang in the middle of Soho, so I am open to moving to any borough.

Sublets and short lets are grand for me, due to the quick nature of my moving. Ideally, I’d find somewhere for at least 3 months, with the possibility of signing on for longer.

My budget is 900-1000pcm. I would be ready to move immediately.

About me:

I’ve been renting in London for the past couple years, and before that I lived in Portugal on and off during and after graduating uni.

I love cooking, especially big meals for sharing, with any Portuguese or Irish ingredients I can find.

I am a gym-goer, nearly every day, and I’m also into swimming and hiking. I do at least 1 hiking day trip a month, last month’s was the coastal trail from Hastings!

I practice illustration, game, and go to the cinema in the rest of my spare time. I’m a big fan of back-to-back screenings at Picturehouse.

I’m quite committed to my career and the gym, so I’m not often at home for a full 24h, days or weekends.

I like to keep things clean and organised, and am very respectful of other’s space. Growing up in an Irish household, comfortability is key. That, and making 5 courses for dinner parties, always with tea on hand.

I like my privacy, but I enjoy being in the kitchen with others, or watching a show together.

A laidback, mixed gender, queer-friendly home is also important to me.

I don’t smoke, or drink much. And I’m absolutely fine with animals, since I grew up surrounded by cats and rabbits.
