Two best friends looking for a double room

Hello! My name is Maria and my friend's name is Melis. We're looking for a double room for the two of us so please don't write if you don't accept friends/couples sharing a room!
We're both just graduated from the same uni and decided to move to London together. We're working in retail for now. We are very friendly and love meeting new people and chatting. In our free time we like to play games solo or with our friends, watch movies or sometimes go out for a walk around London. We're not party people but love to have a cheeky drink or two with a nice company at home.
We're currently looking for a one big double room with enough space for two desks as both of us have PC and enough space for storage. At the moment we want to rent one room to share. We would prefer a flat with 4 rooms and, ideally, 2 bathrooms. We don't mind about living room or balcony but having it would be a great plus. The price is around 1300 or lower, we're going to share it.
We would prefer living with women or in a mixed household but with a female majority. The age doesn't really matter. We would like to live with people who understand that shared spaces should be kept clean after themseves but that sometimes it's alright to leave a plate or two near the sink if you're going to clean it after work. We want people who communicate their issues and problems with the flat or flatmates clearly and calmly, without drama. Also if you have a cat, that's a big plus because we really love cats :D
