I am a professional male aged 49, an Architect who works a combination of on site and from home (1-2 days week). I am usually away at the weekends in Bath or friends in Plymouth. Im sociable, clean and tidy, respectful and pretty quiet. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 04/12/2025 and have a budget of £850pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally aged between 40 and 70 years old. I'm looking for a minimum of 3-6 months possibly longer for the right place and company.
