Hello, I'm looking for a friendly and peace loving house share, or a nice flat/house/studio to rent. I work out of the home for around 3/4 hours a day. I have a beautiful Labrador type dog. I have a car so nearby parking would be great.

I run a storytelling group for adults aged over 55, and play walking football with a local women's side. I am easy going, respectful and considerate. I'm from the West Coast of Scotland originally.
For a long term arrangement I can provide several months rent upfront, a deposit, a pet deposit and references.
I am currently staying in a winter let and have paid until the end of February but I can move earlier if I find the right place.
