3 bed in London Bridge, looking for 2 flatmates

Hey! I'm Dhanisha, I've recently turned 26...yesterday :)

I work in advertising (WFH 3 days a week). I'm looking for 2 flatmates (preferably female, working professionals, aged 22 to 35) to join me in a 3 bedroom flat in Borough/London Bridge.

There is one shared bathroom and the kitchen is quite small, but there is a good sized living room.

Each bedroom is carpeted and comes with a bed frame, mattress and wardrobe. The bedrooms aren't huge, but they all seem to fit a double bed.

I'm looking for 2 flatmates so I can go back to the estate agent and arrange a viewing.

Rent: £750 per month (excluding bills)
Deposit: £865

My ideal flatmates:
I'm social, but enjoy a chilled home environment.

I'm down for movie nights, grabbing food together, exploring the city, etc., but equally know sometimes I need some alone time to recharge.

I'm looking to join the gym again and really focus on self care, so if you're down to try a new gym class that could be fun!

I really appreciate people who are clean, especially because we are sharing a small kitchen and 1 bathroom between us. I'm down to create a cleaning rota.
