Looking for the right place

Its winter, i am freelance massage therapist (Tenshun Massage) and gardener. Currently in flux, looking for the right place with good amenities as i do not have a car, i cycle everywhere and use the pasty connection where possible, keeping it local and making new friends. I am older and so not interested in yoof student homes, god love em. would love a quiet place, but dont have a lot of money (partial universal credit) but that will change once i am close to a town centre. Would love ensuite as an older female but i realise im asking for the moon on a stick for the price i can currently afford (possible up to £600 bills inc) im Looking for Newquay and Falmouth, will consider Penzance as i am looking to increase income. Prefer female household, prefer vegetarian/vegan but always open to the right experience. I can get up quite early sometimes as i like mornings, but im super quiet. I love cats and dogs but i dont do dog walking. I love a bit of DIY and am very capable of doing most things and very useful in a garden as i love to have fresh herbs and great place to hang out if this is an option. I have built firepits and log cabin type shelters if this is your thing. Anyhoo, capable, experienced, responsible and relaxed lodger at hand :)
