Looking for buddy ups or room in existing share

I’m Jodie, I’m a full time art and photography teacher. Currently living alone and looking to save some money by moving into a house share. I have a very friendly cat who would be moving with me. I love socialising but equally really need my own space, especially after a hard day at work. Tidy, clean, house trained professional adult.
