34F scientist - chill, tidy & respectful

Hi! I'm looking for a relaxing space to call home, with good transport links. Any outdoor space is a bonus.
I am - easy going & respectful. I work M-F 9-5, cook at home a few nights a week, and go out a couple of evenings. I'm new to London so I am looking forward to exploring the city and putting down roots here. I like to be active (climbing, yoga, walking), trying new food and exploring the city's art, culture & pubs. I mostly do my own thing but having a flatmate to share a drink, decompress and get into some good series with would be nice.
My ideal flatmates - also in their 30s, prefer no couples, laid-back and considerate. I'm allergic to gluten so need considerations for that (preferably a dishwasher, clean environment). I’m also allergic to cats & most dogs.
