My name is Lily Braren, I am a 22-year-old student from Germany. I am currently studying Cultural and Social Anthropology at the University of Vienna and will be attending the UCL Affiliate Study Programme from January to June 2026. I am looking for a room for this period.
I am a responsible, tidy, and reliant tenant with previous experience in both shared flats and private apartments. Although I am currently still in Vienna and unable to attend in-person viewings, I would be happy to arrange a virtual viewing via Zoom.
Regarding finances: I am supported by my father during my studies, and I can provide proof of financial support or any necessary documentation upon request. I am also flexible with move-in dates – while I will start my programme in January, I am willing to begin the tenancy and rental payments in December if required.
I would be glad to provide references, proof of enrolment at UCL, and any additional documents you may need.
