Hi, I’m a mature, highly independent female professional looking to secure a quiet double room, lodger space, or garden annexe as soon as possible.
About Me:
I am a solicitor and psychotherapist, specialising in international mental health advocacy. I’m exceptionally clean, quiet, and deeply respectful of boundaries.
I have just exited a long-term 20-year tenancy, since 2006, and am looking for a new setup. As I work mostly remotely, I need a set up which enables my work. Previously, I owned a 2 bed flat in Hampstead Garden Suburb for 15 years, from 1990-2005.
My time is currently occupied preparing for the upcoming World Health Assembly online sessions next week.
Location:
Ideally, a home in Highgate or Hampstead, especially, for easy access to the Ladies Pond throughout the Summer months.
I am equally interested in considering Maida Vale, Little Venice, and St John’s Wood, where I have strong ties.
Living Arrangements:
I would appreciate a quiet, independent environment sharing with a female professional or female live-in homeowner.
A space with high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated work desk, a washing machine and ensuite.
Rent
If we are to go ahead, I would like to enter into an arrangelment based on £185 per week (inclusive of bills), for a term to be agreed. I can transfer the first two weeks’ rent upon viewing, if we were to go ahead.
