I’m a full-time web designer working in Edgbaston (Five Ways) and I’m currently looking for an en-suite double room (or a quiet studio) in a calm, well-maintained home.

A bit about me: I work regular hours, live a clean and organised lifestyle, and value peace at home. Most evenings I’m either designing, reading, or going to the gym. I don’t drink or smoke and I’m respectful of shared spaces and house rules.

I’m ideally looking for a professional household or a low-occupancy home with a relaxed, drama-free environment.

Preferred areas:
Edgbaston, Harborne, Selly Oak, Moseley, Kings Heath — or anywhere with an easy commute to Five Ways.

Budget:
£500–£600 pcm, bills included (or predictable monthly costs).

Must-haves:

• Clean, well-kept property

• Alcohol-heavy or party households
• Noisy, chaotic, or messy environments
