Hi all looking for a room share for myself

Hi all I’m a 19 year old male living in Eastbourne currently in search of a room to rent, I’m not a very picky person and will really go for anything, i have a price set at £421/pcm as a personal budget, im very organised as well as hygienic, I haven’t experienced a room share and so this will be new to me so I am looking for a friendly place to settle in I reckon this should be a nice overview but if you have any other questions about myself or what I’m looking for them please don’t hesitate to contact!
