I’m currently looking for a room to rent and hoping to find a kind and understanding landlord or household.
I work full time as a SEN Teaching Assistant, so I have a stable routine and will be out during the day. Due to needing to leave my current living situation, I’m hoping for the possibility of paying rent at the end of the first month, after which rent would be paid on time every month without issue.
I’m a reliable, trustworthy, and respectful person who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate of others. I’m quiet, responsible, and treat any home I live in with care.
My budget is £700–£800 per month. I’m happy to provide references and discuss my situation openly with the right person.
