Professionals 24+25 Looking for houseshare in SE

Hi! We're Sadie (24) and Charlotte (25) two pals looking for two bedrooms in South East London with good transport links i. e. overground, bus, tube nearby - with a budget of roughly £800pppm not inc bills and a minimum one year long contract. Queer friendly household looking for girls, gays and theys for the most part :)

Charlotte is beginning a masters degree in social work and Sadie is beginning a curatorial role in a gallery both in January. We are looking for 2 double bedrooms in a sociable, friendly house. We originally had a group of 4 but two people have had to drop out so we're looking for other professionals or students around our age to search for a 4 bed house with. Or, alternatively somewhere with two free double rooms.

The tenancy will need to start around the first week of January 2026 before both our new roles begin, but for the right people or place, we're willing to have a few weeks of flexibility.

About us: We are both clean, tidy, respectful and sociable people who are AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO BE AROUND. We love going to carboots, grabbing a coffee, going to gigs, playing music together (we do come with instruments but will obviously be totally respectful of noise - we both will also spend time working from home and appreciate having a peaceful environment) anything arty and fun, wine, craft nights etc :)

We are hoping to find friends as well as flatmates who enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and having a comfortable, calm place to come home to but also want to hang out!
