Hello! I’m looking for a clean and quiet room in a safe area, preferably in the outer suburbs.
I work remotely full-time, so I’m a stable and low-maintenance tenant. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and spend long periods away traveling, so I use the house very lightly.

What I’m looking for:
• Location: Manchester / Leeds / Liverpool / Sheffield / Newcastle (outer areas also fine)
• Budget: £150 per month (flexible depending on location)
• Term: Flexible (3–12 months)
• Room type: Single room or ensuite
• Bills included preferred, but I’m fine with separate bills
• Must be able to provide a tenancy agreement (for proof of address)
• I’m open to HMO / shared houses / co-living

About me:
• Remote worker (self-employed)
• Quiet, clean and respectful
• Reliable with rent
• Often away travelling, so very low usage of the property
