27yo male seeking double ensuite near Canary Wharf

I am a 27 year old working professional taking a transfer from New York to London. I will be working in a Corporate Strategy role in an Investment Bank in Canary Wharf. I will be working from the office 5 days a week and I am looking for a modern double ensuite within a 20 to 25 minute commute. My budget is £1300 per month all inclusive.

I plan to move on 1 February 2026 and I am flexible to start the lease up to 15 days earlier or later. I have lived in New York for the past 4 years and I am new to London, so I would love to live with friendly and considerate flatmates who enjoy a positive and comfortable home environment.

I am vegetarian but I have no restrictions on what flatmates cook. I rarely cook beyond instant noodles and I like to keep shared areas, especially the living room, clean and organised. I enjoy movies, travelling and exploring the city on weekends. I appreciate occasional dinners or hangouts with flatmates, and I equally respect privacy and personal space.

I am open to buddying up for a modern 2 to 4 bedroom apartment, ideally with amenities like a gym, if the match feels right.
