En-suite/double room wanted

Hi, I’m Ana-Maria — looking for an en-suite room (or quiet home) with parking

I am a full-time nurse working 3–4 long shifts a week, usually with weekends off. I’m currently looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

What I’m looking for
An en-suite room in a quiet, friendly house with full access to the kitchen and laundry facilities,
OR
A room in a house with only a few occupants, where I still have reliable access to the bathroom, kitchen (as I cook all my meals), laundry facilities and ideally a garden.

A parking spot is essential.

A bit about me

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I do use heated tobacco, which hardly smells or makes smoke, but never inside the house — I’m very considerate of shared spaces and the comfort of the people I live with.
On my days off, I enjoy running, going to the gym, cooking, doing house chores, watching movies, or reading. I value a peaceful home environment and am considerate of others’ space and schedules.
