Long-time North Londoner seeks room or buddyup

I'm a 40-year-old professional seeking a smaller house or flat share (2/3 people) in North London.
I'm open to joining a flat share, becoming a lodger or doing a buddy-up. I'm happy sharing with men or women, gay or straight and a range of ages. After 12 years in Finsbury Park I have a good community here, but it's always nice to come home to a bit of a chat and the odd shared TV night.  
Housemate wise I am tidy and respectful: I like a clean kitchen and bathroom, but I'm not going to stress about the odd mug left on the side. My favourite chore is probably bins :). 
I'm generally a happy person. I love swimming (particularly at West Reservoir and London Fields Lido), going to the gym and a good pub quiz.
I work at LSE. My typical pattern is 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home, but I can be flexible in terms of pattern and days to work around the household. 
I mostly get round London on my trusty blue bicycle and would ideally like somewhere with a good bike storage option. 
I'm looking for a new place from January 2026.
I have two (older, well-behaved) cats, that I would love to bring with me if possible, so I'm currently focusing on pet-friendly rentals with outdoor space. The cats can stay with my ex-partner if needed so its not a total deal-breaker, but I'm hoping to find a way.
