I am signed off work at the moment and on housing benefit but am able to put a deposit and 3 months rent to begin the tenancy with, which I hope will give security until circumstances change and I am working. I am out during the p. m and evening most days with the gym and other pursuits so the person/s will have plenty of space which I think is important.
