Seeking a tidy room with sociable flatmates

Hello, I am Mustafa :)), I recently turned 29 and I work full time in London.

I am looking for a room in a clean and comfortable flat with friendly and respectful housemates. A place where everyone has their own space, but we can also use the living room to relax, talk, or spend time together when we feel like it.

I have lived in shared homes for the last ten years, both in my country and abroad. Through the Erasmus programme, I lived in Lithuania and Spain, so I am used to living with people from different cultures. I am understanding and easy going, and I do not make problems out of small things. I believe a shared home works best with respect, communication, and a flexible attitude.
My lifestyle is calm, tidy, and organised. I care about hygiene in a normal and practical way. After a proper cleaning, I try to keep shared areas tidy so the next cleaning lasts longer. I respect noise levels after midnight and personal space.

I also enjoy being social. We can talk, cook simple meals, watch something in the living room, or go out for a drink, events, parties, or a walk sometimes. I like living with positive and mature people that I can learn from and grow with. I do not smoke, and I always pay rent on time.
