My friend and I (both 24, male) are looking either to buddy up with a like-minded third housemate to find a place together, or to rent suitable rooms in an existing property. We’re aiming to move in January.

We’re flexible on location and open to any area with good transport links into Central London, happy to be adaptable for the right place and the right fit.

Our budget is £700–£900 per person per month (excluding bills), depending on room size and the property.

We’re relaxed, easygoing, and respectful, and we’re looking for a comfortable, friendly home.
