Friendly easy going guy

I am a 44 year old man. Co-director of a local construction company. Very easy to live with: tidy, considerate, domesticated and easy going. I am looking for a room in a friendly, chilled house. I currently sublet living with 2 friends in St Colomb but they are ending the tenancy as they want to buy. I'm sure they can give you a good reference. I have a small dog, Pickle, who comes to work with me every day and sleeps in my room. She's 6 years old, charming and very well behaved.
