Currently looking at New Acres in Wandsworth, there’s about fourteen buildings in the complex, so plenty of options, with a heated pool (heated in winter, cool in summer), a proper gym, loads of communal spaces for co-working and socialising, various events and lots of independent shops.

Two-bed prices are currently running between £1,500 to £1,800 per person. Also open to other new-build, built-for-renters type places with a similar setup and community feel.

A bit about me, I work in comms, I’m a certified mindset and wellness coach, and I’m about to start yoga teacher training, so yes, I’m big into wellness, fitness, and nutrition too. I’m not a big drinker / sober-curious but don’t worry, I’m still very much a “yes” to plans, if anything, I’m more fun when I’m not drinking. So I’m looking for someone in a similar stage of life, who gets that vibe. Also love travelling and being outside, ideally at the same time.

I come with a small sausage dog called Woody. Full disclosure, he’s not the yappy breed he’s known for, he’s more of a professional cuddler who’s decided everyone he meets is already a friend, you included, probably within thirty seconds.

Looking for someone who’s easygoing with their own life (not in each other’s pockets), but also up for cooking dinner together, going for a coffee or a walk, and anything health & wellness. Good vibes is a must, likes bouncing ideas off each other and is up for meeting new people in the building and being a part of the community. Just a really good, well-rounded person, really ✌️
