28yr Professional looking for a flat share

I’m Tom — 28 years old and starting a new job at a creative marketing agency in early January, which I’m really excited about!

I’m originally from Herefordshire and looking for a friendly flat share with people who enjoy a cosy, well-kept home and a few shared interests.

A little about me and what I’m into:
* I love cooking and occasionally baking (with varying success, but always enthusiasm).
* I’m sociable in a “pop to the pub for a pint” way — not so much the nightclub type.
* Big fan of a weekend sofa slumber while watching whatever sport is on or a movie. But also like to get out and about. Full of useless pub quiz knowledge
* Fairly active: I try to stick to a gym routine and enjoy a casual game of tennis.
* I’m clean and considerate — happy to keep things tidy without being over the top about rules.
* I don’t smoke and prefer no smoking in the house, though totally fine with it outside.
* I adore pets — my family has three dogs, so I’m very used to furry chaos.

Work schedule:
Hybrid, but mostly in the office. I’ll likely work from home up to two days a week.

I’m reliable with rent, handy around the house, and generally practical when it comes to keeping a place running from any faults

I can do viewings pretty flexibly and at short notice if needed.
