Looking for friendly house share

I’m Bruce (25), an engineer currently living in Exeter and looking to move toward the Totnes or surrounding areas. I’m a chilled, tidy, and respectful housemate who keeps communal spaces clean. I’m often out at the beach or on the moors, and usually away on weekends and at work during the week (but sometimes wfh). Looking for a relaxed, friendly place to call home with plenty of space to relax :)
