Quiet room wanted for 2-3 nights per week

I work in East Cornwall, but I live too far away to commute daily so I'm looking for somewhere to sleep over when I'm attending meetings and visiting clients. I work with disabled children and can provide DBS and references. I do paperwork back home and will only be around for two nights a week, occasionally three, and would be out daytimes. I don't need much space (very happy with a box room with a futon, or an insulated shed). I do need decent mobile coverage and/or broadband and the ability to heat up some food, and have a shower as well as quiet at night. Other than that, I'm not picky

I like pets, I don't mind smokers (though I don't smoke and I can't go to work smelling of smoke). I'm friendly, but most likely to be either working or sleeping. £80pw is my absolute maximum as I have bills to pay back home. I can completely vacate the room when I'm not there, so it's still available for your guests.
