Room in a cosy home/flat needed!

Hey!! I’m Mel, a graduate Building Surveyor finally ready to fly the nest after years of back-and-forth and properly move out of the family home. My office will be based in Ancoats from December, so I’m looking for a place close to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
My one non-negotiable is parking. I do need somewhere to keep my car, though it doesn’t need to be an allocated space.
I’m a sociable, warm girl who loves spending time off with family and friends. I’d really love to live somewhere I can feel at home, not just co-exist, ideally with a housemate/s I can chat with, cook with, maybe grab a drink with, but also respect each other’s space. I’m the perfect mix of cosy nights in and fun nights out, and I’m clean, considerate, and easygoing.
I currently work and live alongside mostly men, but also LOVE when I get together with my girls, so I’m totally easy going when it comes to housemate gender, good vibes are what matter most! Oh BONUS if you have an animal, happy to look after them if I'm free too 😊
