Looking for a modern city centre flatshare

25-year-old professional working in advertising, looking for a modern city-centre flatshare.

I work hybrid, travel occasionally for work, and keep weekdays pretty quiet. I’m clean, organised, and easy to live with, big on having a calm, tidy space to come back to.

Outside of work I’m into the gym, football, surfing, travelling and pretty open to anything new. I’m social but not a party-every-night person, I like having a good balance.

What I’m looking for:

– Modern flat in the city centre
– Good natural light, decent-sized room
– Clean, respectful household
– Preferably an en-suite
– Exposed brick or decent sized balcony would be class

Deal-breakers: messy living habits, constant house parties, or places outside the centre.
