28yr old, f - flatmate to ‘buddy up’ wanted!

Hi all!

I am currently looking for 1 new flatmate (buddy up) to find a 2 bed flat in London together (currently living alone). Open to most parts of London, only preference is that the flat is within walking distance to a night tube station and be modern spec. (Balcony preferred if possible) I have a 3yr old girl cat too (last pic), so must be okay with this. She’s sweet, fun and shy.

No pressing deadline, but would like to move sooner rather than later. Looking at places around £2000 p/m. (£1000 pp, £1100 max if it's a great place). Looking for a long let.

I am a born and bred Londoner who knows her way around the city. I am half Indian and half Irish ethnically and I am a full time civil servant who works hybrid, between Whitehall and wfh.

I love to try anything and everything at least once! I love a fun activity, cinema, shopping or anything creative including painting canvases. I’m a big foodie so I like to cook and go to nice restaurants a lot too! I am a balanced ambivert, I like to be social but also like my own space and time to recharge too. I’m a respectful and honest person who is looking for the same in return. I am also a big arsenal fan and like to go to games when I can!
