Seeking Cozy, Quiet Room :)

Hi there, I'm from New Zealand on a working visa for 2 years. Been living in Leeds so far and had a great time, now I'm looking for a new experience in Dundee until my visa expires October 2027.

I'm looking for a room preferably within walking distance to the city centre and shops, or close to good transport links otherwise. My budget is around £550 with bills. Would prefer to live with other professionals rather than students to keep the council tax payments lower, but other than that I'm respectful to all communities and happy to share a home with anyone :)

I'm pretty quiet and keep to my room mostly, but I'm always happy to chat and maybe watch a movie together occasionally if you're keen? I enjoy traveling and day trips out and about, long walks in nature, reading and listening to music. I always like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, and my current landlord is happy to provide a reference for me if needed.

I'll be in Dundee from 8th September, so I'm available for viewings from then. I'm hoping to narrow down my choices beforehand, get a few viewings done and then make my decision within a day or two, and be ready to move in on the 15th September if possible.
