Looking for a roomate / spare room with one other

I’m currently looking for a housemate to look for a 2 bed together in the city from around Feb! A bit about me: I’m 29 (30 in may) from just outside of Liverpool on the Wirral.

I’ve lived abroad for the past 6 years and recently just moved back. I’m self employed (work in linguistics and travel) so I do work from home but also I love getting out to coworking spaces and cafes. I’m a very clean person and love my own space / respect when someone needs theirs too but also very sociable and would love to become mates if we lived together.

I love going the gym, Pilates as well as going out (or even staying in) for a good vino. I’m quite open in terms of location as long as it’s pretty central and has a lot of natural light! I´d love somewhere around the L8 area.
