Room Wanted

Hello, i am looking to rent a room,

for health reasons (which could not and would not affect any other tenants) i have my rent costs paid by housing benefit/universal credit, rent can be paid directly to landlord as a standard bank transfer from my bank account (as normal), evidence of payments is available.

I am a 40 year old male and would be an excellent tenant, the rent will be paid on time with no problems and the property will be kept in good condition, many thanks, hope to hear from you soon :)
