Hey everyone, I am a queer female (non binary) student aged 48 studying in Hoxton. I am looking for a double room as close as possible. I am available to move from now and have a budget of £750 pcm. I am happy to share with anyone with similar values...I really value a peaceful, clean, organised and uncluttered space. I go to bed around 10,00 pm each night and get up at 7 am. I am studying a BA in acting - Monday to Friday 10 - 5.30pm. I usually work on my music (on headphones) when I come back, so I don't have much time for socialising but I am very warm, caring and friendly. I am really into healthy living and so a healthy space is really important to me. A parking space is a plus but not essential. I can provide super references. Thanks for reading :)
