I'm trying to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a 28 year old female and I'm ready to move immediately.
Due to health issues (not mobility), I am unable to work, but I'm entitled to full housing benefit, which would cover the rent.
I know that this will put some landlords off, but it would be a guaranteed payment as it comes directly from Maidstone Borough Council.
