Looking for a room

Hi, I’m Ally, 29, moving to Edinburgh for a new job in the new year and looking for a friendly, relaxed flatshare. I’ll be working in central Edinburgh and plan to be in the office the vast majority of the time, so good links into the centre are important.
I like a clean flat and I’m good at doing my share around the house. I really enjoy hosting the occasional games night or dinner with flatmates/friends, and I cook regularly (I also bake an insane amount of banana bread, which I’m always happy to share!).
Outside of work I’m into the outdoors and paddle boarding, and I’m keen to try sea rowing and get back into bouldering. I’m also learning to crochet and I come with a few house plants.
I’m sociable and happy to chat or hang out now and then, but I also really value downtime and respect that everyone needs their own space.
My budget is up to £800 pcm and I’m looking for a comfortable, relaxed flat with good links to the centre. If it sounds like I’d fit, please get in touch.
