- Zones 2–3 ideally, with good access to the Central Line or any that are easy commute to Bond Street
- Budget: up to £900 pcm (bills included preferred)
- Move-in: Early January 2026
- Minimum stay: 6 months (1 year preferred)

- Reliable rent payments (with savings buffer already set aside)
- A friendly, positive attitude with the intention of bonding well with my new flatmates
