I’m Elle, a professional originally from the US, looking for a furnished room in East London from 20 December 2025. Ideally staying between 6 months to 1 year, and I’m around 7 days a week because I work a structured schedule and like having a stable base. I prefer places with a low or no deposit if possible, and ideally nothing above £600 with all bills included. I’m not fussy and don’t need a lot of space clean, calm, and well-run is what matters.

I’m tidy, considerate, and have a naturally easygoing personality. I enjoy a peaceful home, good conversation when it flows naturally, and giving people their space when they want downtime. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I respect shared spaces the way I respect my own clean, organised, and drama-free.

I’m hoping to find a home with professionals who appreciate a relaxed, respectful environment. I’m open to living with males or females, as long as the vibe is friendly and mature (30+ ideally), with people who are comfortable, understanding, and communicate clearly. A shared living room would be a bonus, since I enjoy a comfortable common area, but I’m equally content keeping things quiet if everyone’s on different schedules.

Amenities I’d love: washing machine, decent broadband, a comfortable furnished room, and ideally a small outdoor space or balcony, though that’s not a deal-breaker. I don't have a car, as public transport is ideal for me to get to work.
