Professional coach looking for flat/room

Hi, I’m Sonny 👋

I’m a full-time boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and strength & conditioning coach, working across North London and Hertfordshire. I currently coach at Cambridge University, CRE8 Gym (Hoddesdon), and primary schools in Edmonton — so I’m looking for a place close to my work, ideally around Edmonton, Enfield, or New Barnet.

I’m clean, organised, and respectful, and because of my busy coaching schedule, I’m rarely home during the day. When I am, I’m usually resting, planning sessions, or editing training content, so I value a quiet, private space to recharge.

My week takes me between North London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridge, coaching a mix of students, athletes, and professionals. I’m reliable, tidy, and easy to get along with — ideal for anyone looking for a low-maintenance, responsible tenant.

🏡 What I’m Looking For
• Studio, 1-bedroom flat, or double room with en-suite
• Preferred areas: Edmonton, Enfield, or New Barnet
• Parking preferred (I drive for work)
• Currently moving from a 1-bed flat in Cheshunt (£1,250/month), so looking for something under £1,000/month
• Move-in date: ideally 25th January
• Clean, quiet, and well-kept home
