Professional coach looking for flat/room

Hi! I’m Sonny — a full-time professional coach working across boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and strength & conditioning. I coach at several gyms including Cambridge University, CRE8 Gym (Hoddesdon), Physiccals Gym, and schools in Edmonton.

I’m clean, organised, respectful, and rarely home during the day due to my coaching schedule. In my downtime I’m quiet — mainly resting, planning sessions, or editing content — so I’m looking for a calm, private space.

About my work

My schedule takes me between Hertfordshire, North London and Cambridge throughout the week. I’m stable, reliable, and spend most of my day out coaching.

Room Requirements
• Studio OR 1-bedroom flat OR double room with en-suite
• Preferred areas: Harlow, Hatfield Heath, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, or nearby
• Parking preferred (I drive for work)
• Budget: flexible depending on the space

Must-Haves / Deal-Breakers

Must-haves: clean home, good natural light, safe neighbourhood, privacy
Deal-breakers: loud party houses, poor cleanliness, shared bathrooms if heavily used
