Seeking a Spacious and Tidy Room for Myself

Hi, I’m James. I am originally from Burma. I’m 27 and I work in the education and digital learning sector and spend most of my time studying, working quietly on my laptop, or cooking at home. I’m a clean and tidy person who always keeps shared spaces in good order, and I like a peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for a spacious room for one single man, somewhere comfortable for both working and resting, with considerate housemates and a calm atmosphere.
I’m hoping to move in from 15 January 2026.

I enjoy cooking, watching football and Formula 1, and relaxing with movies or music. I’m friendly but respectful of boundaries. Cleanliness, good communication, and a relaxed home are important to me.
