Fun fab flatmate from the end of May 2026

Hello!

I’m Max, 30, a working professional originally from New Zealand, most recently Melbourne and now living in London.

I’m looking for a relaxed, clean and close-knit share house in the inner north or east, well-connected to central London and ideally within a 30-minute commute of Holborn.

I’m mostly office-based but do have some flexibility to work up to two days from home.

I’m tidy, respectful, active and can be quite funny. I enjoy a laugh and little debrief at the end of the day, love a shared meal and can find it hard to say no to a park wine after work (twist my arm).

Hopefully taken as a good sign of living with me, my nearest and dearest friends in the world are all ex-flatmates. I’ve included a picture of their lovely faces in my bio (last pic), and I’d love to keep that streak going.

I’m hoping to find housemates who think of themselves as friends and are keen to add someone into their circle - and a flat that feels like a home, where shared spaces feel welcoming and the household is LGBT+ friendly.

I’m looking for a double room in a small-to-medium sized flat, ideally with an ensuite, though this isn’t a dealbreaker.

A bit more about me: I called Melbourne home for 10 years, where my gorgeous best friends in the photo above still live. I love running, cooking, reading and rowed with Melbourne’s queer rowing team 💜 I’ve got a small community in London already and would love to keep building it while exploring more of the city.

I’m a seasoned renter, very across both the spoken and unspoken house rules, and would love to join a professional, LGBTQIA+ friendly household.
