Me and my friend have found a really lovely 4 bed in Tooting Bec. 5 minute walk from the station and £3600 rent (bills around £80-100 per month).

Don’t mind gender of our two other house mates! Just preferably no pets and to be sociable and laid back professionals.

We love a pub trip, night out, walk, dinner out. We both enjoy climbing and running (me more so climbing, my friend Eliza more so running).

We are clean and tidy but aren’t going to chop your head off for the occasional unwashed dinner plate! Looking for chill and friendly vibes :)

Flat will be furnished and does have a living room. Also won’t necessarily be this one as don’t have an offer down yet but we really love it and it’s super convenient so hoping to put an offer down in the next few days.
