2 airline pilots looking for a 2 bedroom apartment

Hello, myself and my colleague have just qualified as airline pilots for Easyjet and have been told our new base will be Edinburgh. We need a property on a 12 month contract. We need to move into the property no later than the 17/18th December.

We have the following requirements:

2 - double bedrooms
2 - bathrooms (ideally)
2- parking spaces or on street parking assured
Max price: 1500/1600
no house share

We have been unemployed (not earning) for the past 2 years as we have been training with Easyjet which is unpaid. We are now official employees of Easyjet as of this month. So I’m not sure how they would affect referencing if we would need guarantors etc. But we can supply letters of employment from Easyjet.

We need to move into the property no later than the 17/18th December.

I’ve been told places like Stockbridge & Canonmills are good places to live so focusing efforts around there but open to other places where we can drive to the airport or get a tram. We would like to be somewhere we can walk to town etc and not isolated.

We are in urgent need to find a property asap.
