Design professional seeking quiet room with desk

Hello.

I am a friendly professional looking for a room. Recently ended a long term relationship and looking to put things in order. I only have a small budget, but I don't need a lot.

I don't smoke, although I vape. I don't drink unless socially, and am pretty quiet, happy to keep to myself, clean and respectful. I would be perfectly fine with a single bed, but I would need a desk in my room as I do design work when not working. Unfortunately I am allergic to most pets.

I would not live with cis women, and would prefer not to share with couples.

My hobbies include art/architecture/design. I like a good sci-if show or movie. I am interested in and would like to get more into fitness and wellbeing in general (yoga / meditation / mindfulness). I like video games and board games. I like going out / eating out, although I am trying to be mindful of my budget and expenses at the moment. You will probably not find me in a club at 3am though.
