Work from home, IT professional, 25

Looking for a room to stay in Edinburgh.
Move in: early January (date flexible)
Move out: 20 March

I am a South African currently working as a penetration tester. I have been in the UK for two years now and am thinking of moving to Scotland for a few months to do some exploring. I tend to work a lot, so I would be a quiet and chilled presence in a shared space. I usually go for a 40-minute walk before starting work, during which I grab a coffee, and then I work from home throughout the day. Every month or so, I might have to spend a week overseas or in another part of the UK for work. At the end of every second day or so, I will disappear to the gym.

What I am looking for in flatmates:
* Keep shared spaces tidy.
* I do not smoke, but I do not mind people who do.
* Pets and computer cords do not mix well in my experience, so preferably no pets (my last laptop charger ended up in three pieces).
