I can move in immediately and can provide:
• ID
• Bank statements
• First month’s rent upfront
My previous accommodation can’t provide a reference due to a personal situation, but I’ve always paid my rent on time and I look after the place I stay in.
If the studio is available, I’d love to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.
