Professional Female Looking for a Room

Hi! I’m a friendly, tidy and easy-going professional looking for a single or ideally a double room. I work varied hours and enjoy winding down in the evenings, so a calm, positive home environment is important to me. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m currently selling my home, and I’ve also had lodgers over the years, so I understand how to make a shared space feel comfortable for everyone. Before owning, I was a lodger myself, so I’m familiar with both sides of the arrangement.

I’m in the middle of a lovely mid-life reset and shifting my lifestyle next year to focus on new projects, travel and a fresh direction. Looking for somewhere that feels like a peaceful base while I make those transitions.
